i am 46 yr old was in to lifting weights at 16-21 i was a solid 221lbs ,was very very into sports then you get married and go to work ,well at work i had a very bad injury to my should and back ,my shoulder i had a torn rotader cuff tear had that fixer ,but its never the same ,ihurt my back c4 an c5 disk had them fixed ,but never got back to full force ,but now at my age i dont have long left to get back in shape ,i have a big gut that i would love to get gone and get my 6 pack back once again ,but its a lot harder now the rest i have under control ,but realy need some big time help on my gut i went from size 32 waist to 36 waist so pleased give me all the help on getting my 6 pack back will do anything for that to happen that would give the boost i need if i can do that i can do anything thanks realy need your help

What are you eating...I really believe its this simple...to lose wt you got take in less calories than you eat, period. Over time, you will lose weight.

I am 46 as well; I only get lean when I train for an endurance event like an Ironman race because of my diet. I believe when you get older your diet plays a much bigger role in your fat loss than you workouts. Even now, I lift wts 3 days a week and get at least 4 cardio sessions; yet I am about 10 pounds heavy. So its all about the food and the number of calories, simply you need to eat less.
