Ok im not going to bore you guys with any background info...just know that i was always the kid with some althletic ability but was always far too lazy to do much with it. well im going to my training to the next level from here on out..
Stats-
Ht-6'3
Wt-210
Bench-225x4
Squat-315x5
Deadlift-405x4
overhead press 135x7
Goals-
To finish insanity workout (60 day workout)
to finish vertical jump bible
to increase all my lifts by at least 100 lbs for the 1rm
increase my wt by 30 lbs and by doing that also windmill a bball and show a video doing it.
meal plan-
12 eggs with tsp of olive oil and a piece of fruit and 2 glasses of milk
5 pb sandwiches with milk and fruit
same as meal 2 for meal 3
2 cups rice with 3 chicken wings and glass of milk
cottage cheese
(in addition a weight gainer shake in between meals 2 and 3 and a pre and post workout shake)
Day 1 is tommorow. If all goes to plan i may try out for some club teams all depending on my progress.
