Wow for your Height that is real low weight. I would Add at least 150 grams of carbs spread out and do some Powerlifting to max your muscle thickness. I can't see how your at 15% Bf at 6' 170. Please upload a Photo. What is your water intake for the day? Supplements to off set the loss of etc. You can cut just fine with carbs in your diet and get shreadded.

Go back to the nutrition or fat loss section and look at diets there, there is no reason for you to be considering dieting. I know every teenager wants to be cut, but you have to put the work in first.
Build up your frame and diet healthily when you've got some experience.

Your numbers are off...where you have 1tbsp peanut butter you actually have the breakdown for 2 tbsp. You have 20g fats listed next to your eggwhites/yolk for breakfast yet only have one egg yolk listed which is like 6g fat. Unless of course you're eating an ostrich egg.

I think your carbs are pretty low but otherwise, probably on the right track for cutting. I totally understand the desire to cut up and get shredded but you are young and really could take advantage of your prime years to grow and put on some muscle mass too. This is the best time to do it!

thank christ you listened.
if u cut now it will lead to an eating disorder. clean bulk, add muscle/recomp. dont consider cutting until you hit at least 200lbs

Just don't eat a lot of junk food. Eat wholesome, healthy carbs, fats and proteins. You'll add muscle with minimal fat.
