It's actually very simple to use. There is a cost for each event. It's basically a pay per view service. You pay for the event and are given a password and a link. You log in with the info you are given, and can watch the entire event live. The video from the show also remains available after the show for up to 2 weeks for most events.

The fee is actually pretty cheap. The Gaspari Nutrition Pro Classic is only $15 for the entire show. There are 46 Pro's set to compete this weekend I believe. It's going to be a great show.
