Day-1
Some of you may recognize me from my Warrior Diet Log back in March-April of this year. Here is a photo of me on the last day of my 30 day Warrior Diet trial, at 185 lbs.

That was taken 5 months ago today. I have struggled with Alcohol, binge eating, depression, and a serious shoulder injury, and to top it off, I quit using chewing tobacco, since that time. I have not exercised consistently, missing a week here and there. And for the last 6 weeks, I have not exercised a single time. There have been dozens of days where I have drink 12-18 beers and eaten 10-15 items from Taco Bell within about a 12 hour period. I have literally eaten fast food every single meal for the last 6 weeks. I would also say that on average, I have drink at least a 12 pack of beer 4 nights a week, every week, for the last 3 months.
Here is me today at 215 lbs. I am embarrassed and ashamed, but trying to hide behind clothes and excuses will not bring back my health and sense of well being.

My plan is to return to my former status over the next 60-80 days. That is roughly 30 lbs. I have confidence that I can make this happen, as this will be the 5th time I have lost over 30 lbs. from a conditioning program. I hope this will be the last time that I have to do this.
I got this in the mail a few days ago, and will use it as much as I can. If I am not sore, I will be riding this thing while jamming out on my MP3 player to some strong inspirational tunes.

My diet will consist of the typical clean, fresh foods. My caloric intake will range between 1800-2500 depending on the day. If I ever start to feel weak or light headed, I'll increase my intake a bit. I've done this quite a few times before, so I don't see this being to big of a problem.
I will post a picture of my home gym on Saturday when I do my first weight training routine of my new program. Anyone who does know about my Warrior Diet Log, knows that I like having a lot of pictures and information in my post. I will post every day with a picture, pictures of meals, workout videos etc.
All support is welcome. See you tomorrow.
