First things first, I wanna give a Huge thanks to Kurt (5Six) and Controlled Labs for giving me a chance to be among the first people to try Blue GrowtH!! Ive been waitin to find out what this supp is for a few weeks now, since Kurt contacted me about it, and I was so happy to see it was a Blue supp! Blue Gene is one of my favorite supps to run and I've never been disappointed by a Controlled Labs supp, so I couldnt wait to give this a shot.

If someone from Controlled Labs could give me more of an idea on specific criteria you would like me to rate this supp on, that would be awesome! but as for now i'm gunna go with:
1. Ease of sleep (how well I fall asleep)
2. Quality of sleep (did i wake up alot/was i restless?)
3. Recovery
4. Overall mood during day
5. Strength in the gym
I'm currently SLOWLY rebounding from a competition season, and have just started a periodization powerbuilding type program, loosely based on westside.
Took my first serving last night, unfortunately being a bodybuilder and eating 6 meals a day there is pretty much no such thing as a empty stomach for me besides the first 5 minutes or so after i wake up, but I took it about 45 minutes before I got into bed. There was no sedation-type feeling, but when I got into bed I could tell that I was definitely ready to sleep, and fell asleep quickly once I laid down. Normally it takes me a while to fall asleep and my mind is going like crazy as i lay there, but it was super easy last night. slept almost through the night (had to get up for the bathroom once) which is good for me.
will report back with further results!!

took my second dose of Blue GrowtH last night! took the dose around 11pm, and by 11:30 was startin to feel my mind slow down a little bit in prep for bed. by time 11:45 rolled around and i hopped under the sheets, i was definitely ready to fall asleep, and feel asleep pretty quickly. slept through the night again and woke up feeling (relatively for 6:45) ready to go.
as for the workouts ive been having:
yesterday was a push day, and it went AWESOME. my main focus was on my incline db and board presses, both of which increased from my previous workout. so did db shoulder presses
today was a pull day. focused on pullups and db rows, which also both increased (db rows by almost 10lbs!).
as for recovery, this is normally the day that i feel my hammies (two days after deadlifts) and overall my legs felt good today. chest and shoulders are also feeling good to go after the solid push day yesterday.
tomorrow is legs again, this is normally the day that recovery starts to become really important in my split. will keep you all updated!!

Night 3 Report!
sleep is going really well with Blue GrowtH. almost to a fault. this morning i forgot to set a alarm and almost missed my first class i was sleeping so well (normally i wake up on my own with plenty of time to make it to class, but i was sleepin well last night!). AWESOME! this never happens and im pumped about it.
todays workout was also awesome. felt really strong today as i lifted, and hit all the weights i wanted to.
oh, also thought i should mention, someone yesterday comments on how i looked like i had "filled out" in the last couple days. due to blue growth? maybe!!

Night 4 report!
Slept really well again last night. took a little longer to fall asleep than the past few nights, but still alot faster than i had been before starting GrowtH. slept through the night again and didnt wanna get outta bed in the am cuz i was sleeping well. gotta love it.
as for the workout, it wasnt the best today, but that pretty much had everything to do with how classes/tests went today and nothing to do with GrowtH or any other supp.
one note: my weight is up about half a pound to a pound from starting four days ago. will take it again tomorrow to see if its a steady change or just a blip, but thats good cuz i look just as lean!

Night 5 report!

Still think that I slept better and faster than I would have had blue growth not been in the equation. Also, my workout yesterday was really good. I woke up well rested and ready to go, and felt strong and fast during the workout.

Fell asleep pretty easily last night. Slept right through the night and woke up very rested and full of energy today. It's my off day from the gym, after 6 days in a row, and one thing I am noticing is that in general my muscles and body feel like achy and sore today compared to my off day last week. Total win!

Night 7 Report:
GrowtH did a awesome job of putting me to sleep last night. took it at 11, and even though my parents were visiting (read: matt is sleeping on the couch) and we were all sitting on the couch watching tv at 11:45 and relaxing, i had to kick them off of my bed and tell them i was falling asleep. even sleeping on a couch i slept great last night. was amazing!
workout was strong today as well! deadlifts went up from last week, squats were up from last week. good day!!
Hope you have a good long, bruh, and good to see it's still going strong for you

Night 8 Report:
Slept like a baby this night. knocked me right out and i slept all through the night. didnt wanna get outta bed in the am. training was $$$$. had a push day and hit a new offseason high in incline dbs by 5lbs/side AND an extra rep. went on for more good things with board presses, dips, shoulder presses, etc. legs werent bothering me soreness wise even though i know i smashed them the day before. WIN
Night 9 Report:
took a few minutes longer to fall asleep last night, but i was studying till late and still kinda semi-reviewing as i laid in bed. woke up this morning and any leg soreness from a couple days ago is pretty much totally gone at this point, feel like i could hit them again today if i wanted.
i have really noticed that i am sleeping better with Blue GrowtH. its been a lifesaver. im also eating a little more and staying just as lean, but each workout i feel a little stronger than the one before it. im kinda dreading finishing the bottle, cuz im really likin it!

Night 11:
more of the same! awesome sleep, woke up feeling refreshed and ready to go in the am. workout was $$$ today, beat more of last weeks numbers, which means im still gettin stronger and stronger! got a comment about how it looks like ive put on mass in the past couple weeks (win!!) today.

AGH sorry!!! got so caught up in my BUCKEYES' victory and studying yesterday that i didnt get a chance to update!!
Night 12 was another great night of sleep. again, woke up feeling refreshed and ready to take on the day. it was a off day in the gym so not much to report there though. recovery felt good!
night 13, again, lots of good sleep! got to sleep in a little bit even and slept right up to my alarm! win! yesterday in the gym i hit new off-season high numbers on Deads AND Squats with chains. if thats not a good day, i dont know what is folks. literally getting stronger each time i step into the gym. no better feeling than that.

Another night of good sleep last night!! was a important night for good sleep because i had a big test this morning and i was kinda stressed about it. even with all the studying ive been doing and how much my mind would normally have been racing on a night like that, GrowtH knocked me out pretty easily. woke up this morning and killed the test though. also had a great workout today! was a little sore today but i have been workin out HARD this week.

haha no sir! but all week long in class i was hearin about how we were gunna get our butts kicked and i just kept my mouth shut. then on monday i rocked the jersey to school and got so many dirty looks. it was amazing.

i was starting to wonder if my sleeping well and falling asleep fast was just due to my body getting used to going to bed at exactly the same time every night or actually due to the GrowtH. until last night, when i forgot to take it until about 45 minutes later than i normally do. the result? i fell asleep almost exactly 45 minutes later than i normally do. guess that proves it was the GrowtH!
workout was ok today, but as always, wed. is my longest and least favorite schoolday of the week. this always happens on weds.

so...
last night was the first night of taking Blue GrowtH where i have had issues with falling asleep. was also my first leg day in the gym where i have not hit a new PR and didnt feel 100%. not sure what it is, but im pretty sure it has to do with the fact that classes have been super stressful this week and it has been a very mentally exhausting week. however, with the great results ive had so far i was a little bit disappointed. i guess with any supp it cant work PERFECTLY every single time. hopefully tonight will be better!

no, health-wise i'm feeling OK. however, i HAVE been pretty stressed with classes the past few days. even though ive been updating this, i havent even had time to update my normal log, which is extremely rare for me. its been running for almost two years and i think ive missed logging more workouts in the past two weeks than i have in the entire time before that.
however, slept just fine last night (actually passed out on the couch and slept there till like 5:30 haha!) and the workout today was solid again. hit another best for this offseason on incline DB press and the same weight on flat bench felt alot lighter. pretty happy with the workout today AND the sleep last night.

another night of good sleep and KILLED my workout today!!! the other night had to have been due to something else, because up until then and since i have had NO problem sleeping with GrowtH. hit my first all time PR of this offseason today with a +155x3 on rack chins. SICK!

Only a couple nights left of GrowtH!! Very very sad about that.
I do have to apologize about the fact that this hasn't really been a super exciting log. Only so much I can really do when the product works exactly how it's supposed to 29/30 times that I take it and I'm pumped about the results. It really has been great how nicely growth has let me sleep, how my strength has increased, and soreness has decreased. This is a awesome product!

it may have worked TOO WELL last night at putting me to sleep. fell asleep right after The Blade walked out on stage during the webcast of the prejudging! wanted to stay up and finish it but GrowtH just knocked me right out, i blame the bikini division for pointlessly making the show that much longer (does anyone even know what the physique goal for that division actually is???) anyways, thats off topic. the topic at hand here is that GrowtH is still awesome, and I really need to get an order in for some more. it will be interesting to see how i sleep and recover without it for a few days, to get a real comparison on how well its working.

fell asleep halfway through finals last night, which i was OK with because my stream was suuuuuuper laggy. slept really deeply and straight through the night. not even a bathroom trip in there. gotta love it!
workout also went well yesterday. hit a PR in BB hacks... 315x3! yesss!

So my Blue GrowtH is all gone now :((
oddly enough, i got to the last serving, and there was one pill left? haha
very nice of controlled labs to give you a day with a small serving to wean you off. lol
anyways, i REALLY enjoyed this product and the chance to log it. over the last 30 days i have absolutely noticed a difference in how well i have slept as well as how easily i have fallen and stayed asleep. this has also translated over into the gym with some good size and strength gains, as well as out of the gym by eliminating some soreness, even with a pretty dense training schedule.
thanks again to 5six and Controlled Labs for giving me a chance to log this supp!! if anyone is torn on whether or not they want to give this a shot, i would definitely push them towards running it. has been really solid!
