So here's the deal
I'm 19, gunna be a sophomore in college in a few weeks, last year was fun, but there were a few things that I left unfinished.
1st and foremost, my GPA **** was weak, I got a 1.9 due to strong lack of effort...I can do the work when I want to...I just never wanted to. So my goal is to get a 3.0+ this semester to prove I can do it, and not drop out.
Secondly we have a brand new 2 million dollar Student Rec and Wellness Center that I didn't take advantage of. I went there, but mainly to play basketball, I barely lifted. I got a lot more athletic, lost about 15 lbs. I think this is due to me missing a team sport. I played football in hs and I was gunna tryout for football in college but decided not to....so I took up bball....idk my point is I wanna get my football self back...
I should let you know I'm 6'1 180 atm
Goals
3.0+ GPA
Wt:200+
Bench:235+
Squat:405+
Standing Dunk
And just get back to beast mode
also ill be using WSFSBIII as Ive had success with it in the past
My workout will start on the 8th cuz thats when I get back to school, for now I can only do bodyweight workouts till then...
