most of my friends telling me I should Bulk then cut...but don't cut like shredded....anyone also do Bulk then If u feel really fat then Cut but not shredded...


anyone do this?

yea a lot of people do this .....thats how you put on size. Before you cut, you should build a muscular base and granted you will need a surplus of calories that will add on some fat as well as muscle. Then you cut to shed off as much weight that isn't coming from lean mass.

and yes I do the same thing I go through a long bulking phase and then start a cutting phase a few months before my show depending how lean I am.

Lean bulking is becoming more popular with athletes year round. You should always maintain a healthy body-fat. Their is no reason to ever exceed 12% when trying to increase LBM.
