I'm not sure where I want to go from here. Don't know if I want to put too much more muscle on. On the other hand I keep working to get stronger and I'd love to see more definition/detail, so that's my immediate goal. And from what I've heard I can't acquire more definition without putting more muscle on. I'm in a trial and error phase to see how my body responds to different routines, etc. Most recently I've shortened my cardio but at the same time I've intensified it and I've also worked with half as many reps but much higher weights. It's hard to tell but I think I'm adding some muscle. I'll give it a few more weeks and then make a determination.
