I picked up my P30 V3 this morning and took her shooting. She performed as expected. I put 250 rds down the tube with no troubles. Ammo used was Federal 115gr FMJ, RWS (Swiss RUAG) 124gr FMJ and Winchester Ranger T 124gr +P. Something I found out, the RUAG 124gr is fairly hot stuff. It's not labled +P but if you look up the ballistics, the velocities are almost identical to the 124gr +P Ranger. Good training ammo since its reasonably priced and shoots the same as the Rangers.
I didnt accuracy check the Ranger but it really like the RUAG ammo. Accuracy from this gun is more than exceptional. 25yd head shots are easy game with this gun. Recoil is extremely managable with +P. It has less muzzle flip than my dads Sig 226.
The factory night sights are very easy to aquire and work great for me. These will be staying. Tritium is nicer ill admit but I really see no need to change these.
The paddle mag release was great and speed reloads up for me as well as the ambi slide release.
The gun balances and feels excellent in the hand and in my opinion is the perfect size (about the size of a Glock 19). I have no trouble concealing this weapon IWB at 8 o'clock (lefty) with even light colored fitted shirts on (mediums). Wearing a size medium black guy harvy shirt (as an example) the gun was undectable even when bending intentionally to the right or squating down to pick something up. A good holster will probably help even more.
Dissassembly is a breeze (as is with most modern plastic wonders).
Pics or it didnt happen.

10 shots (5 shots, reload, repeat) as fast as I could aquire a sight picture at 20 yds.

5 shots of slow fire at 10 yds.
I posted the pics to give people reading the report a general idea of what the gun is capable of. The gun can shoot better than I can.
