I signed up for the competition to push myself to get the wicked body I desire. November 6th is less than 11 weeks away, which doesn’t leave much time to prepare so I’m logging my efforts to keep myself on track and do the best I can to be at least decently competition ready.
I will post more pics and accurate stats this weekend, but starting out looking like this:

GAME PLAN FOR NEXT 4 WEEKS:
Nutrition: TKD
1) 1 scoop whey
˝ banana
1 tsp flax powder
2) 3 oz chicken breast/lean steak/ tuna
1 tsp oil (flax/fish/olive mix)
1 cup green veggies
3) 3 oz chicken breast/lean steak/ tuna
1 tsp oil (flax/fish/olive mix)
4) 3 oz chicken breast/lean steak/ tuna
1 tsp oil (flax/fish/olive mix)
5) 3 oz chicken breast/lean steak/ tuna
1 tsp oil (flax/fish/olive mix)
6) 1 cup egg whites
1 tsp dressing
1 cup green veggies
1 tbsp flax powder
On a side note, I’m also trying to get over my coffee, diet pop, sweetener, and gum addiction…
Training: GVT
I’m usually up at 4:30am, go to the gym at 5am, and jog 5k at 6am. I want to try GVT because I feel like I need to gain more mass but I don’t know how effective this would be on a keto diet…nevertheless will give it a shot for now.
Split:
Legs/abs
Chest
Back
Shoulders
Arms
20 minute jog after morning workout
Will get 30 minutes of extra cardio in the evening 4x/week
Goal?
Look like I belong on stage with these ladies!!
