Ok I made a decision 5 months ago that I wanted to lose some fat but as a newbie I crashed dieted but it work I lost 45 pounds bt along with it I lost muscle. Now body building caught my eye nd I want to get more muscle on me. Since den I've learned a lot but still have like 5 percent more fat I wanna lose bt its not working. I can see my top 4 abs bt still have lower belly can sumone plz help me on hpw to lose it

Your at the same point I am, what's worked best for me before I became an alcoholic (by choice) for the summer I got pretty cut doing a Cardio/Lifting split. Running 5-7 miles a day, eating as healthy as I can, and as much as a horse. Lifting one muscle group a day 5 days a week.

This fat your talking about is stubborn fat, why not try and take some fat burning pills? Should help.

go on the motivation quotes of this forum..
you would get some quote to ''motivate'' you like you surely understood !
for me, if you really want something you would find a way to do it, if not, you would find an excuse...
to lost fat : diet + cardio are the 2 best things....
continue your cardio even when ur tired or bored to fulfill your cardio time table...
continue on a strict diet even while seeing ur friend eating a pizza is a big proof of ur effort & u would see the result !
