I have been eating low carb for four days.. in ketosis for three days. I've been counting my TOTAL carbs and staying below 20 total. Now today I read about net carbs and how I shouldn't count fiber in my total carb count.. Is this true for a keto diet? Or is the shirataki pasta I had for dinner going to knock me out of ketosis.. The noodles would be 10 TOTAL carbs or 4 NET carbs...

I am an LPN and Personal Trainer. I deal with clients whom are Type 2 Diabetics. When reading a label you would subtract fiber and sugar alcohols from the total carbohydrate content and that would be your net carbs.
