I am about 8 weeks out from my first show, I am doing the figure class, anyways not that it matters. but I am 23yrs old, 5ft 2in, around 115lbs. and around 12% body fat.
I am finding in the last week or so, its getting harder and harder to breathe. Specially at night when I am laying down. Its like I have really shallow breaths. Is this common? I thinking its maybe just from my body fat being low, my body is probably working a lil harder to function normally? Please let me know your thoughts.

Are you panting, short of breath? Are you doing anything differently since youve been dieting as far as before bed goes?

Shortness of breath. Taking deep breaths and still feeling short of breath. Nothing really all that different. I do cardio late sometimes. Im TRYING to do 50m cardio 2 times per day.
I have also noticed a HUGE drop in heart rate while doing cardio. Normally I would walk at like a pace of 3mph at incline of around 2deg. and have a average heartrate around 120-130. And lately I will wlak at like 3.5 and only get to 110.

I've had the same kind of thing going on for 6 MONTHS now! Feels like I can't get deep breaths in a lot of the time. Makes it difficult to do HIIT cardio. Getting pretty tired of this, as I have taken 2 prednisone steroid rounds, 5 various antibiotics, and 2 inhalers. Hopefully someone knows something?

how about hydration?

Sounds like too much tren to me. Just drop your dose to under 400mg week, that should fix the bronchial dilation issues.
:D

I am taking a regular multi-vitamin with iron. So I dont think that would be it? I am drinking 1-1.5 gallons a day so hydration might not be it.
As for debrovnik- I dont taken tren. Not taking any hard anabolics at all actually.
