Started to get back in the gym, got super lazy after first summer of college and now I'm fat and unfit.
First week:
Monday 2rd August
Squat 5x5 65kg
Mil Press 5x5 42kg
Weighted Chins 3x5 5kg
Wednesday 4th August
Front Squat 3x3 52.5kg
Bench Press 3x3 70kg
Yates Row 3x3 70kg
Barbell Shrugs 3x15 70kg
Friday 6th August
Squat 5x5 70kg
Mil Press 1*1 67.5kg Push Press 1*1 70kg
Deadlift 1*1 130kg
Farmers Walk 5x50m 22.5kg DBs.
So pleased at my push press, amazed that I could get that weight above my head. I might just start push pressing instead of Mil Press, more functional for me tbh (lineout lifting).
I want to get a sandbag and practice boosting that up, massive difference between a barbell and a persons legs :(
