~~~~~~~~~ So, this is my first log, i dunno how to make it, so, after this first post, you can tell me if i forgot something, and, my english isn't very well, so, any excercise name that i post here that you don't understand, sorry :/ ~~~~~~~~~

My goal is gain strenght/muscles, and as i was trying to lose fat, i decide to stay with low calories and using a pre-workout togheter with a thermo (i know that the best would be bulk and after cut, but this, i will do when the super charge finish, will start with jack3d and after will cut with animal cuts)

So, here we go...
I work in the morning, have a free afternoon and study at night..

Starting day: August 4,2010
Weight: 78kg
BF: 19%
Biceps: R: 36,5cm
L: 37cm
Triceps: R: 34cm
L: 34cm
Forearm:R: 28,5cm
L: 28,5cm
Chest: 99cm
Waist: Sup:86,5cm
Inf: 95cm
Hip: 101
Thigh: R: 54cm
L: 53cm
Calf: R: 39cm
L: 39cm

First Meal:
1 Break, a cup of milk, a slice of cheese
Breaktime:
Cup of coffee(without sugar, as always)
Breaktime 2:
Cup of coffee, a cup of cashew juice, 3 water and salt snacks
Breaktime 3:
Cup of coffee
Lunch:
4 spoons of minced meat, 3 spoons of rice
Pré-Workout:
1 scoop of Super Charge
Post-Workout:
A cup of milk, a whole wheat pastel of chicken
Sleep:
A cup of milk

Today, only trained Shoulders :/
I was sleeping before going workout, and i took the Super Charge, 20 minutes later, i was almost jumping o.O
Went to the gym like "i will destroy everything" ^^
In this first day, i only got more disposition, and incresed the weights in "side elevation", "upright row" and "shrinkage"...
After working out, i still got eletrified, and ran 30 minutes easy ;O

One more time: Sorry for the english(using Google Translator for somethings) and if i forget something ^^
