Thanks, this IS a great book. While it's long and in-depth, it is also simple enough to follow along with AS you work out so you can work on form. As a guy who thought he "pretty much" had proper form, I now realize that I was making quite a few mistakes. For example, my (OH) Press form was really lousy in hindsight, with my grip and elbows way too wide, not targeting the right muscles -- and now that I'm all tucked in and tight I feel it so much more, etc.
Anyway, for anyone who is new and reading this it's a very useful book.
