2. Buy a Bunch of Hardware
3. Run open source cloud software, and have financial programmers write program(s) to reap Billions. They're mad at pay discrepancies now...We handle profit sharing setup
4. ????
5. Profit

Also, if someone has a good enough concept (plus actual experience in quantitative finance), I know a guy who arranges financing for new hedge funds.
