Now I remember why I don't go on the treadmill. Whatever muscle/tendon flexes your foot upwards gets tired almost instantly from running and I get this insane pump in my shins!!!!!

Did you foam roll your lower back at all or is from working out? I know I had to adjust the position I was in to roll my IT band because how I originally did it put alot of pressure on my lower back.

Well if I don't work I'm getting my like 8 hours but days when I have to wake up at 4 or 5am for work I am usualy getting around 4 hours, I can't sleep at like 8-10pm to get my 8 hours PLUS I need to eat all my meals so I'm up later. I do nap on those days though so I probably get around 6 hours on those days. School is starting now though and I get to sleep in M-F I believe (only 2 classes a week) and work on weekends which is my 4am wake up.
off to go do back, my favourite workout, I could do like 100000 sets of back lol

The one I look forward the most is my OATMEAL! I have apple & cinnamon oatmeal packets mixed with ~30g just plain oats and its my first and last meal of the day, and it is the best!!!! Most people I see on here are having some crazy stuff, like Zak has some food p0rn pics up and they look awesome. I just stick to the chicken, rice, potato, oats :p
The one he can throw back up the quickest.

Took a BF test thing at work today in the pharmacy. It's like a nintendo controller-esque thing that you hold onto and it said I was 5.8% lol I know it's wrong but thats ok haha. It used to say 8-9% before I started dieting.

i am assuming counting macros is more important than counting overall calories when in contest prep? is that just how you have been doing it?
and your blood pressure is very good! mine is on the higher side...120/75. it goes up to 140/80 when im on stimulants...which i just stop completely
I know a lot of people preach dff things. Like I have seen lee priest say he doesn't count calories or get scientific. I'm sure both ways work it's just what you prefer. This is my first prep and I think macros is a good idea because then you know exactly how much ur putting in ur body.

Worked out with my dad & his trainer today for something different. Chest was pretty done after this even though it was only 3 movements.
Went upstairs after to the fitness studio and stripped down to my boxers and was practicing some posing with the trainer. Definitely felt weird posing in the gym LOL He's pretty confident in me. I feel I have so much pressure on me cuz everyone thinks I'm going to do well and I don't want to screw anything up!

So I'm just curious as to what happens to your man parts when you start getting extremely lean. Like I know everyone talks about sex drive and all that going down, what else? Lowered sperm count or volume or some **** LOL I just want to know what to expect haha. I'm assuming all this happens because your body is in survival mode and is trying to use the food you have to keep you alive and not worry about makin teh sp3rmz

see I would never in my life eat that LOL Maybe now that I'm on a diet I would haha. I have never in my entire life had a salad, I've probably had 5-10 leafs of lettuce in my life lol. But I guess it's a good way to get veggies in.

I was never forced to have one as a kid so I never did, I am probably one of the pickiest eaters around lol Might sound weird but I actually like the food I'm eating, I just want more of it. Sure once in a while I'll put like ketchup or bbq sauce on stuff for flavor but for the most part I don't mind eating it. I am someone who likes the same **** over and over, I don't like change. Of course I want junk food because the diet is restrictive but eating this stuff is completely fine with me now lol

Btw I also always liked how you were so much into WoW before. Before I started bodybuilding I was playing competitive CS 1.6 (mainly local scene in Europe...) and lots of guys on my team and other players I knew well were also playing WoW all the time and ultimately some teams even disbanded because of their players' obsession with that damn game. ;)

And I know how consuming it can be, I never played WoW but when my buddies convinced me to try Cabal Online (when it first came out) just for fun and I gave it a go... I spent literally 16+ hours a day playing that **** for a week or two straight.
Anyway I'm kinda sad that now as I'm older I just can't seem to get into my Q3, CS, C&C etc. groove anymore. I've had really good times playing different games with so many people that I befriended in the end. LAN tournaments were especially awesome. :)

I tried the stair master but I was like, my ass/quads are on fire, it's not fast enough and if I make it fast enough I'm gonna miss a step or something lol. Can't run on treadmill because my some muscle (tibularsomething) isn't used to being used since I don't really run anymore so it gets tired and ends up hurting like ****, and I need new shoes, my 3 year old air force ones don't give me much cushion haha so the solution is the arc trainer!

actually starting to get ticked off, been around 162 for a few weeks now, my weight doesn't want to go down!!! My cardio has been upped a bit and macros are now 180/245/30 instead of 210/215/30 so hopefully that does the trick

Nice work on the 275. How come you don't add in walking dumbbell lunges? Those are a pretty good bang for the buck movement, especially for detail in the thighs. Dumbbell SLDL's rock don't they? Just did those this week myself (usually do barbell).

yup, takes me a lot longer to get to the gym now lol I just try and watch some motivational videos or somethin before every workout to get me in the zone.

Gym was freakin packed, I hate going around like 6pm because all the fitness classes start and everyone is working out. Had to park like a mile away from the gym lol Could have counted that as part of my damn cardio!

I'm no powerlift and I don't claim to be strong but the lifts are respectable I think. I want a 315 bench, 315 x 10 squat and 405 deadlift!

I don't understand why you think your bench sucks! Our DL maxes are the same, yet you bench 100 lbs more than I do. Benching is definitely your strong point IMO.
