just got my est plasmatic in the mail and i plan on taking my first dose tomorrow before my workout. I will be deadlifting and maybe some front squats. Hoping to feel some energy a little more pump since its just the first dose. We will see how it goes!

Im about a week into methyl mass and im starting to feel the estrogen blocker kick in, feeling pretty strong
Plasmatic, the b12 felt like it gave me a little energy boost, and i got a pretty strong pump in the back of my hamstrings, more so than usual. And thankfully i didnt get too much pump in my lower back which i was worried about.

Definitely noticed the difference today. I dont think it gave any noticeable strength increase, but by the end of my workout i had a huge pump. I did tailor my workout a little towards getting a pump compared to usual, but even typing this 1 hour later i still have a pretty solid pump in my arms and chest.

-the plasmatic is definitely giving me more pump, beyond that i cant say, ill be able to say more after some time.
-the methyl mass, which im not logging really, i just happen to be using. At first i wasnt a fan as it isnt that stim heavy at 1 1/2 to 2 scoops compared to some others, but ive up it to 3 scoops per workout and its def strong enough that way, but kind of expensive. The Propradrol AI seems to be doing its job, i cant tell yet if it is adding to my strength increases or not, but it is making me break out a little more, so it must be doing something.

Thanks! I always like to lift as heavy as possible, its just more fun for me that way. And of course all lifts are full range of motion, bench to chest and squats to legal powerlifting depth, crease of hips below knees.

haha couldnt do it for too long, i ended up lifting today with the messed up finger just holding it away from the bar on all my lifts.

I knew i wouldnt be able to lift upper hard today due to finger so i just got some squats in than did light upper work. I got a ridiculous pump though off the chest press dropsets. I definitely feel the plasmatic working. Also i get tendonitis in my arms from squatting, so i had a little after i finished, but it was gone by the end of my chest work, from getting so much blood flowing through them.
another note, my squats were really fast today, i dont know if it was the supps or a minor adjustment to my stance, but i was flying out of the hole.

going to be implementing the travis ortmayer deadlift routine for my deadlifting and benching, we will see how it goes. May use it for squats as well haven't really decided on that yet. I hope for good things as it will get me a little more volume compared to what i usually do.

Pump today was good, strength was hard to judge because none of my sets were that close to failure, but it will definitely be more apparent as the routine progresses. Its funny though this product gives enough pump that it makes me want to do high volume chest machine work feeling the squeeze, when normally i just powerlift. I feel like the light volume work at the end along with the huge pump is aiding in my recovery though.

Good strength, felt pretty explosive on bench today. Pump was great, especially the forearms again, im really starting to like wrist curls, never used to do them, but they light my forearms up and i really need to start hitting forearms more often to get my grip strength up for deadlifts

Random Assortment of tricep and chest exercises that arent important.
Overall id say i am impressed with the product, it definitely gives a huge extra pump and a little extra strength and energy. Im not sure if i would pay the retail price since it is just a pump product and does not have that much strength benefit, which is my main concern, but if you are in the market for something to get a huge pump this definitely delivers with the most proven pump ingredient glycocarn.
