Im 21 yrs old.. 6'3.. 345 lbs. football background so somewhat athletic but not much..i recently decided i wanted to either take up boxing or mma. I would like to cut down about 100 pounds and tone it all up..also I would like to strenghthen my body and train to fight.Does anyone know any training gyms for this in kentucky? Also, I would like advice, tips, etc., I lifted weights all through high school until my senior year. My bench max was 325 but I failed to get back to that. Any advice?
