07/09/10 workout: Smith machine squats w/ legs together 4 sets of 12 reps straight to v-ups..leg press w/ feet together 4 sets of 12 reps straight to body squats and crunches...leg extensions 4 sets of 12 straight to lunges and crunches...calf raises 10 sets of 15....bicep curls 10 sets of 12...reps. I have been taking Final Cutz for 1 week now and already see a difference in my body. I take Juggernaut before every workout for the past month and have felt better during my workouts and left the gym with a great pump!

07/11/10 workout: DB bent over rows 4 sets of 12..Iso lateral rows 4 sets of 10..Iso high lateral rows 4 sets of 10..Lat pull downs 7 sets of 10..Super pullovers 3 sets of 10..Cable low rows 4 sets of 10..French press 4 sets of10..skull crushers 4 sets of 10..Rope pull downs 4 sets of 10..Rear...delts 4 sets of 10.........And Juggernaunt right before my workout, love Crimson Punch....still loving Final Cutz..... current weight 109 lb.

DB press 4 sets 8...DB flies 4 sets 8...Cable flies 4 set 8...Push ups
3 sets 8...DB curls 4 sets 8...Hammer curls 4 sets 8...Reverse DB curls
4 set 8...Concentration curls 4 set 8Cardio...treadmill- incline 15
3.7mph 10 min.....sprinted for 2 min started at 6.2 mph and walked for
...1 min...increased the 2 (6.4...) repeat for 15 min.
Had my Juggernaunt this morning along with Final Cultz......MY WORKOUT WAS AWESOME!!!!!!

DB shoulder press straight to DB altn. biceps curl straight to V-ups 4 set 10reps..Modified
shoulder raises straight to Arnolds straight to DB shoulder press
straight to Hammer curls straight to V-ups 4 sets of 10 reps..Front and
Side raises straight to DB curls straight to Crunches 4 sets
10reps..Rear delts straight ...to Reverse DB curls straight to Crunches 4 sets 10reps

07/03/10.... was treadmill incline 15 and 3.2 mph for 30 min.
Just now....treadmill walked for 1 min. increase to 5.2 ran for 2min, walked for 1 min. increase speed 5.8 for 2 min, walked for 1 min. and increase speed to 6.0 ect... until you are sprinting at 10.0 mph, 30 min. total.......

7/19/10 Cardio: treadmill incline 15 & 3.5mph for 10min. ran for 2 min 6.4 mph and walked for 1 min. ran for 2 min 6.8 mph and walked for 1 min. ran for 2 min 7.2 mph and walked for 1 min. ect....for 20 min.

I just started taking Cyclo Clentz (liver support) this morning, BCAA, Glutamine, Carno Cre during my workout, and Infinite Pro Whey protein powder. I drank my Juggernaunt before my workout and Final Cutz in the morning and afternoon........You have to try all these great products from Infinite Labs!

07/19/10 Cardio: jumped 120ft. grapevined 240ft. ran backwards 240ft. and sprinted 240ft. this equals 1 set, took one min. break between each set, did this 5 times in 15min. 30 sec........try this and tell me what you think!

07/21/10 DB shoulder press 3 sets 8 reps, 20 v-ups in between each set..Super set w/ modified side raises, arnold, shoulder press 3 sets 8 reps, 20 v-ups in between each set..DB side raises 3 sets 8 reps, 20 crunches in between each set..DB front raises 3 sets 8 reps, 20 crunches in between each set..Dips 3 sets 10 rep...s, 20 crunches in between each set..Upright rows 3 sets of 8 reps..Rear delts 4 sets 8 reps

07/22/10 Super set Smith machine squats and Leg press w/ feet together 3 sets 10..Super set Walking lunges and Leg extensions 3 sets 8..Leg curls 3 sets 8..Leg extensions 3 sets 8..Seated calves feet together, toes in, together, toes out= 1 set times 3 sets and Juggernuant drink before my workout..AWESOME

This morning was the weakest I have ever felt, didn't think I'd be able to
workout..Drank my Juggernaunt and had my Final Culz and felt so much
better: Super set lat pull down and T bar row 3 sets 8..Reverse grip lat
pull down and Low rows 3 sets 8..Iso lateral row and DB bent over rows 3
... sets 8..Pull ups 4 sets 8
