since losing 240 lbs he basically told me dont be affraid to eat!

Eat the carbs, the good starchy complex carbs. if you dont get enough your body will use the protein for energy instead, and you wont grow.

eat the healthy fats, eat often, rest lots, avoid canned foods. and eat more carbs! to many people forget this, and its so important.

plus some exercise stuff :)
