eh...who is your outfield and what is your pitching like?
ethier is not as good as his blazing start this season indicated, but is capable of strong power and rbi numbers...
bucholz has become the pitcher the red sox have counted on him being, though is going to be going into uncharted waters as far as innings thrown, so he may see a bit of a drop off later into the season...however, thus far he's been very good...
i think you make this deal if your picthing is solid and you really need an outfield bat...

My SP's are Latos (who is going on the DL for some reason), Zito, Kershaw, Cliff Lee, Greinke, and Buccholz.
My OF is CarGo, BJ Upton, Matt Holliday, Jason Heyward, and Beltran on the DL

While I'm not the biggest fan of your outfield, I don't think ethier is a huge upgrade over the numbers your guys are capable of putting up...
although upton is having big issues in tampa, beltran is coming back and though he might start slowly, that guys upside could be a huge asset...
i'd keep bucholz, until you can possibly pair him with someone to add a bonafide stud to your team, because your pitching with him still in it definitely will give the guys you are facing fits...
maybe try working him in a deal with upton to someone who is willing to take that risk?

i'd keep bucholtz. If you need bats, trade bucholtz and one of your OFers (not holiday b/c he is shown to have awesome second halves), for an elite OF
