Halo 4 will either be an epic masterpiece or an epic fail.

Halo: REACH was a masterpiece, albiet different to normal Halo's, and had the best after credits ending I've ever witnessed. If the Xbox 360 wasn't such a weak ***unit machine the game would have looked so much more amazing, had so much cooler battles it would have been the best game EVER MADE EVER. Stupid old gaming tech consoles.


Halo Combat Evolved Anniversary (campaign) is exactly the same as the original with improved graphics (slightly) achievements and terminals to read through. The multiplayer uses the Halo:REACH engine and therefore its pretty much Halo: CE original maps remade in Halo: REACH.

You can get the blue flames if you've got an iPhone, iPod touch, etc. If you go into the apps store and search for Bungie you'll find a Bungie Mobile app (basically lets you check your Bungie.net stats and stuff on your phone). The app is free, and after that you just have to sync your Xbox Live email to it and you'll have the option of unlocking the blue flaming helmet.

So Ive been playing reach since it came out and my main weakness thats always been holding me back is my aim. With the DMR/sniper I always kinda jerked the right stick when firing because moving it a small amount, like when just trying to follow someone walking, required such a ridiculous light touch. When I watched vids of other people I always wondered how the game seemed so much smoother. My sensitivity has always been 3 and I even tried lower it to 2 and it didnt do much so I figured it was my hand eye coordination. Ive started playing a ton the last 6 months and still didnt feel like my DMR was getting better.

Then the other week I moved and had to get an xbox since I was playing on my roommates 250GB with the new black controllers for like 2 years. I went and got an old refurbished xbox and as Im checking out some guy is like "Oh you got a white controller thats good theyre much better than the black ones" I pretty much bert stare him and leave. But when I got home I started playing and I was like WTF Im ****in awesome. My aim was super smooth and the game felt like what it looked like for everyone else and I wasnt getting out DMRed like I usually do. I went into Arena were Im usually pretty average and just started destroying.

Its not better internet or anything its definitely the controller, it just feels wayyy more natural to control. Have I been unaware of something this simple I seriously cant believe the change

He got 2 or 3 kills at the end to try and look legit, but I played it back because I was curious.. and he literally let me and a few others die a few times by walking around like he's chillin in the park.

This is way better than the retard you get on your team that does nothing but camp or crouch behind a wall in your base the entire game and has no idea when to make a push, or outright refuses to. I'd rather play with an overly aggressive player than a guy that constantly puts you into mismatch situations and is never there to support or finish a kill. This is something that will not only sit side-by-side with Reach’s existing gameplay and will be accessible by both Reach and Anniversary players, but will allow us to make fairly significant changes to multiplayer gameplay within the confines of Matchmaking. I don’t want to give too much away until we get through gameplay and bug-testing, but an example scenario would be allowing you to play, say, [REDACTED] with zero fall damage. Now that’s a limited and simplistic example, but it does speak to the way we’re approaching the changes philosophically. There are some bigger ticket “classic” Halo gameplay elements which people are clamoring for and which we intend to do our best to deliver on. More news about specific changes and the timing of the Title Update will be forthcoming. But I can say that, having tried a few of the more significant tweaks, certain “classic” elements are already working with beautiful and deadly efficiency.
