Cananyone tell me if they have ever tried this supplement? It was recommended to me due to shaking during the end of my work out. I asked the guy if it will make me look liek a guy. He said no

It wont make you look like a guy. But be careful. Its pretty potent stuff. My wife only takes one scoop in 8oz of water vs my 3. I do outweigh her by 75 lbs though. Definietly start with single scoops for awhile. Also if you work out in the evenings you might want to be careful too. This stuff can seriously keep you awake forever. Its definitely my favorite stuff. Even though I think the taste is lethal.

*thumbs up* Good stuff. I'm not very sensitive to those sorts of things though. One BIG scoop gives me just enough energy to get the job done ;). I often feel like I could take a nap right after a workout...oh wait, I have done that several times XD

Jack3d is my absolute favorite pre-workout primer. I normally fluctuate between 120-124 lbs, and I can handle one big scoop, but the first time I took Jack3d I REALLY felt it, so be careful. Anything more than that and my fingers and toes start tingling and I get anxious until I've been hitting weights hard for about five minutes. But it gives you crazy energy and focus for your workout. As long as you regulate your dose, it's a great aid. If you're looking for similar results, but a bit more mild, I'd recommend NO-Explode.

If you're shaking during your workout, you should rethink your pre-WO nutrition/meal, not just supplementation.

Why would you think a pre-WO stimulant would make you look like a guy? It's a lot of stim - caffeine and geranium - if that's your thing.

OP Are you eating anything before your workouts? and if you do decide to take it you might want to eat about an hr before then takeJacked or N.O. about 30 min before your workouts..try adding some glutamine as well (post workout)

I've taken a whole tub of the fruit punch. Aside from the unappealing taste, it's great stuff. I use it for both cardio and weight days. It keeps me focused throughout the workout. I get the tingling feeling all over within five minutes.

I don't really understand the statement "i asked the guy if it will make me look like a guy". There's no testosterone in it lol.

It's great stuff. I recommend it.
