I played superman 64. It was bad but a lot of the things that peopel complained about, I didn't experience.
Luigis Mansion simply had a bit of a learning curve....
the games I remember playing weren't really that bad probably because I was a kid and I liked it simply because it was a game but there were a few duds I could remember renting for the original NES as a kid.

Okay, so the game was stupid hard and had some questionable jumping mechanics (trying to jump to get to the dam comes to mind). But was the game really not fun?

Worst game? Beowulf by ****ing far. Man that game was SO terrible. I took it to trade in, they offered me $2. I told them I'd have a **** load more fun smashing the game then getting change for it.
I went inside, smashed it, and now I can't go to that Gamestop and have to go like an extra 5-10 miles to one. Jakes on me.

Any game that Disney has ever touched with their branding magic, with the glaring exception of Ducktales for the NES which was AWESOME.

Tabula Rasa.
space version of WoW, bought the game the day it came out, I logged in.. I was level 4 right away for some reason, and my first quest was to kill 200 (no joke) of some cave dwelling monster. The cave was PACKED with players and the monsters had like 75,000 hp.
I musta got about 7 of them in 2 hours of playing. I never touched the game after that

I thought kingdom hearts was pretty fun, the controls were strange to get used to at first but the game was pretty epic all around.
Mario is Missing gets my vote.

Damnation.
I don't even know where to start. IT wasn't the art that killed it, it was the gameplay. I couldn't mustard the will to keep going after the first 15 minutes. I tried so hard to give it a chance to redeem itself, but nothing.

Bad Dudes for Nintendo. That game was impossible for me to finish. I would have smashed it to pieces if it was not for my brother liking to play the game.

Kingdom Hearts was epic.
Worst game i played was that predator concrete jungle game for the ps2
Deathstroke

I agree with lifeguard. Games based on movies of the same name have a 99.99% track record of being crap. Don't know why they even try. King Kong was the only decent one I believe.
Although I can think of a few movie games with different plots that've been good: Chronicles of Riddick and The Warriors by Rockstar is amazing.
Worst for me, most recently anyway has been Devil May Cry 2. Complete letdown but DMC3 delivered. And f*ck what was it called? Oh Fairytale Fights. Complete suck.

Mercenaries 2 was a huge glitch. I couldnt complete the first mission, as one area wouldnt register when I walked over it.

This sh|t was SOOO funny! :D And I remember playing it and thinking much of the same things.
Ahh, those old NES games with their sadistic difficulty.
Game I hated with the passion of a thousand suns:

Double Dragon! WTF! Pressing both buttons to jump? Did they even know how hard that was?
Two decades later and I can still remember beating the sh|t out of the controller.
