Im currently looking to do my second show, my first show didnt go as well as i planned, so i know what to work on and it was a learning experience.

my stats are,
im about 192-195
11-13% body fat

i know the proper way to work out and train, but it is my diet that kills me, working as a chef doesnt help too much, being around so much unhealthy food. i do bring my lunch to work, just need some help with food and how i can get as lean as possible

my first show diet was high protein, low fat, moderate to low carb. lots of lean turkey and chicken, eat every 2-3 hours something small. just wondering where i could change something to come in looking like a champ

this, plus we still know nothing about how your diet was... high protein low fat moderate/low carb doesn't say anything about it, cuz thats all in the eye of the beholder

You don't sound nearly read to compete again brah.

I'd read this article by Layne Norton as a start though

Could be the lighting but you look leaner then 11-13 percent

i should under a fluorescent light, and tried to make it as real as i could and not flattering, like with dim light and shadows.

i do have a caliper, but its electronic and i may be pinching too much skin.
