Thanks Rich. I wish Ben nothing but the best. Whatever his reasons, like Lebron, he felt he would be happier elsewhere and I can't fault him for that. With free agency and salary caps, I learned to root for the team and not to get emotionally invested in players.

I do wish athletes would give me a heads up about leaving though. I received a couple of nice emails from a pair of figure competitors when they left and we are still on friendly terms. I don't take this stuff personally. Others just left without a word, so you wonder if something could have been done to avoid their departure.

Yeah, and I certainly don't mean anything condescending towards his decision, but it's certainly a trend in sports these days. Man, it would have been awesome to see him and Martin Daniels go head to head.

Yes I am listening right now for the first time and it's very informative about natural bodybuilding shows. ---- Also good info on other stuff and sad some people will never learn.
