hell to be honest guys.. I didnt get that impressed.. I think he is on track , were he needs to be.
but people that know me, know i am a condition type of trainer and competitor..
I push this in myself and the clients of mine..
I like to get a good off season diet and prep going so the prep can go nice and easy come time and everything is nice and gradual.
This is a picture of a guy 5'6" and 13 days out.. And yeah he won his class at the Muscle Mayhem.. I think he loooked great!

I should lol.. but i think im one of the cheapest for sure when it comes to prep.
But.. I also love the work. Im a competitor and know how it is to want good guidance.
When it comes to getting on stage.. so much is riding on your prep.. I take it seriously.
Anyways.... I am full time doing preps and training plans and stuff..
I like staying busy.
I love the transformations though a lot too.. With a pretty small investment and a desire to work people can change their life in such a positive way..
So many people work out daily and see very little for what they put into it...
I love helping people change their appearance..thus changing their life..

Man I have looked everywhere in sweden for a contest prep coach and couldnt find a single one, Especially not someone who works with natural athletes or have experience with it.
I looked over your site and it looks like one hell of a deal and also i am impressed with both your own physique and all the others you have trained.
I REALLY want to be in killer shape for my first competition, But this is still my first year of bodybuilding and there is SO much to learn and i kinda get frustrated sometimes when i dont know whats normal and whats not during a contest prep diet.
I feel i might just make an investment with the little money i have in your contest prep service.
I have been on my "practice contest prep" since januari (but it didnt really start to take of until march) and i had progress but also alot of frustration and hardship on the way. And sure i had results and learnt ALOT =) But im not really where i want to be at this time.
My plan as of now was to continue my contest prep until august (start of my planned 5 month off-season) and at the end of december get back on contest prep until june which is the month of the competition.
You seem like a really humble person and i would really love to work with a athlete like you.
I really love bodybuilding and really want to be the best i can be in june 2011,

One word: Grainy.
Alex is worth the money, i've seen first hand what he can put together with his athletes, and it's a nasty end product! Which is exactly why i hired him. Not many prep coaches get their guys as lean as he does.

Bro.. your plan sounds terrific! i would love to be part of the team.. Off season or contest prep man! i love this stuff...
I wanted to share something with you.. You mentioned your from Sweden.. Well.. one of my big sucess stories is on a client from Sweden.. Hes now more like a friend.. but.. he hired me last year to keep his off season clean and productive.. then he hired me to do his prep for the NPC San Diego.. it was a big show this past march
our plan all along was not just a class win, but an overall win..
So.. I did the prep, all online through emails.. then he flew out about a week before the show..him and his wife came to my house and we went over the details of the last week
And in the end.. The dude took the overall ... his name is Jan Norlund and hes almost 45 years old.. He won the overall and his wife won the overall. Then went on to win his class at another big show in Europe.. It was a good season for us..
This was this past march..and he hired me again to do his off season work for next seasons prep.. It will be real fun!

Wow man! that sounds great! Thought jan norlund sounded swedish haha lol :P My plan was kind of since i dont have the time to pack on alot of mass ( i think? ) I would just focus on evening everything out and be as symmetrical and conditioned as i can. But hell hanging on on quality muscle mass on a prep is hard also i dont feel as full as i did in my last (first lol =D ) off-season.
the 300$ is that included the off-season up until the 16 week contest prep or is that another price for contest prep?
Would be a really great experience to work with someone who actually knows what he's doing and not just guessing with trial and error.

damn! welcome to the freak show! So when you look like that at 3 and 2 weeks out do you just start eating at maintenance and let the body fill out? I honestly don't thiink he has any more fat to lose? How's his glutes lookin? I assume shredded. Great work!

thanks i appreciate it.. both are pretty shredded guys but the competition is tough! there will be lots of insanely conditioned guys in the show!
I have done those radical drastic changes the last weeek before the show for my own prep and it has always backfired..
For these guys its just about cruising in.. nice and easy...not much fat or water to drop at all..
