First thanks to EST/Jrmuscel for picking me i'm going to do a great job here.Test drive is a 15 day supply, Ennercell i dunno?

I was curious about this as well; assumed one scoop based on the amount of product and size of the scoop.

Mixes: well fork and water 5 oz not so great, but its got a lot of leucine [6g]! Which is nice, but foams up a bit. I imagine in my mixer cup it will be better.
The ingredients:
20g of a proprietary blend of "creatine,carbs,protein,and electrolyte delivery system"
I dunno if there is enough protein/carbs for PWO assuming 5g for creatine, 6g for leucine and 9g for the protein/carb blend. 9g just doesnt seem like a lot?
Taste: A bit tart,yellow in color, smelled of vanilla,but it doesn't taste close to vanilla. tropical blend of fruits is my best guess, it is refreshing though and nice to drink. 7/10. ON the ingredients they have "fruit punch,vanilla,and pineapple" So you can come up with your own flavor guess.
Why I wonder if 1 scoop is really enough PWO?

How come you only do 3 sets on the legs with one exercise? I'm just curious why you don't do more types of exercises and more sets.

Well if you can find rippetoes workout, thats how it goes, 3x5 sets of compound exercises. I've changed it a bit from week to week to inclue high volume sets of 3 by x.

Oh I understand. So how long does your workout take. I'm guessing with only a total of 9 sets about 30 minutes.

i would use only the one intra you have a point i need to keep in mind i use two scoops pwo . it does foam a little bit but what did you think of the smell i like it lol.

smell was pleasant mostly vanilla, so you are saying to use one scoop of ennercell intra or two scoop PWO?

i used two just because i only had five days worth anyway i did not keep in mind the amount you had intra is very effective as well dont get me wrong but i have a hard time drinking while i workout it makes me cramp up. if you have 15 days go intra one scoop.

there isnt 5 grams of creatine, i sourced & brought German Creatine collidial to market with this product... Patent protected & highly absorbable & soluble.... Its gonna soon change the creatine game !!!
The formula is dosed correctly, anything over scoop would be overkill......

And my review for the new product is coming very very soon and i will say honest 10/10 overall :)

It also boost FSH like the HCG injecitons but not harmful and not illegal ! This is great for increasing size of the boys as well as LH raises! About the Test Drive i would like to add to what Kt mentioned. These two can be combined there is nothing harmful to it!

I havent used it PWO so i cant comment but its doing its job intra just fine.

come to think of it havent really had any at all in terms of DOMS since starting taking ennercell intra workout. Considering maxout and AA [Arachidonic Acid]
should be causing me some major DOMS, from what I remember of halodrol liqugels which also had AA.

Thanks I like to do a good job with my logs.Helps me and everyone else who follows.
I think pineapple is the dominant flavor in ennercell.
Daily food intake example:
Breakfast muscle milk RTD 210 cals
meal 2: chicken 5oz,2 tbsp PB company white chocolate wonderful [amazing stuff btw] 340 cals
meal 3 salmon burger [Gordon food services bulk store] 2 tbsp PB 360 cals
meal 4 angus hamburger w/ ketchup 340 cals
meal 5 chicken 5oz ,2 tbsp PB 340 cals
night time shake milk 6oz 1 scoop lipotropic choc PB 180 cals
man i'm not eating very much havnet checked out my diet in a while though, just dont seem to have a big appetite
I know I know i'm lacking veggies

Since you were testing Ennercell they most likely gave you a sample type tub, since it's a very new product. So what would you rate 1-10 Ennercell compared to other intra's?

thats what i figured, though i thought since i got 15 days of test drive id get 15 of Ennercell, ah well still a good product.
Well since doms went down to little to nothing i think its effective at lowering DOMS if used intra workout,logically. I havent used many intras aside from glutacene which both worked about equally well. Also i like the fact that it has some proteins and carbs for an intra work out product.
overall 8/10. Flavor as well was great and refreshing.

Yes I would from personally experience I find the results of natty test boosters diminish for me after about 6 weeks. So yes i would definitely take a break!

Integrate a couple more exercises in your workouts man and I think you could really get some great results.

I totally agree. You can't keep taking test boosters. A 4-8 week period is long enough. Even 8 weeks is a little much for my personal mindset.

used it right after eight weeks of tetso pro and got my levels up its all in my journal . but do what your body tells you bro thats all any one should tell you! what hurts you may kill others and not affect a rare few so just think like it was a roid and cycle it to ease your mind..

I do 4 exercise each with 4 sets of chest (10 reps each set) and 2 exercises each with 4 sets of triceps (12 reps each set) for my chest/triceps day and i'm out in an hour...

Well today was my last day on test drive, gotta say i dug it.
increased strength, increased libido, cant go wrong! 8/10 overall same for ennercell which can be found on page 2.

The thing I look forward to most everyday is going to the gym, I can hardly make myself leave at 2 hours sometimes!

Yeah, I agree completely. I love hitting the gym, I don't know what I'd do without it.
But, you go to the gym 3 days a week and do like 9 total exercises in a week? And expect to see results? I'm sorry man but in my opinion you aren't going to do these supplements justice. Kinda unfair to the companies to run a log this way. Just my thoughts, not trying to be mean, just putting that out there.
And plus you've been a member for so long, so i'm confused why your stats are the way they are
