What can you guys tell me about it? Will it help me lose weight when I do cardio with it? What are the benefits if using weight/conditioning vests?
Thanks!
Good for adding weight to bodyweight exercises like push ups, chin ups, dips etc. You can wear it to make certain forms of cardio harder such as walking but also increase the impact on your joints. As for weight loss, that's mostly about eating less.

2 things. first, *take care* when/if doing impact cardio, such as running, wearing a weight vest. depending on how much weight you are wearing & your individual body structure, it can be very rough and sometimes even damaging to your bones, tendons, etc. that said, if you are careful, wearing a weight vest while doing cardio can add both variety and intensity to your workout. just remember that ultimately you won't see any improvement without the effort :). second, OZ is right to say that if you want to lost weight, focus *very* closely on what you eat *and* drink. just remember that if you lose a significant amount of weight you will also lose muscle.
