So I guess I should have made this the first post... Anyways...
My name is Ben and I currently weigh 150 pounds and am about 5 feet 10 inches tall. I have always been skinny but fairly athletic. I grew up playing baseball and pretty much concentrated on only that until I got to college and decided I did not want to do it anymore. I practiced for that year round for the most part and went to the gym sporadically during my pre teen years. My sophomore- senior year of high school I went to a personal trainer and got into good shape but remained at a skinny 140 lbs. Then I went to college.... not much to say besides I was lazy.
I am now recently graduated from Illinois State and going to grad school in the fall. I have been working out for roughly three months and gained about 15 pounds to a modest 150 lbs. Starting next week I am going on a 6 week field camp for school so hopefully I can keep up my workouts. My brother (farley1324) is what got me started on this site and is a mentor of sorts as far as telling what to do, how, and when to do certain workouts and what supplements to take.
