Hey guys! I'm about 11-12 weeks out from my 1st comp!!!! Super excited but very worried about my glutes and hammies! I have very bad knees due to being a professional horse back rider for years! It is a lot of ear and tear on the knees, so it is very hard for me to do glute/ham/or thigh workouts..Squats and lounges hurt bad, along with the leg extension...it's hard but they have grown a little bit .
Right now I'm a 5'6" and at about 135lbs w/ a BF% around 20%..not to sure on that b/c I have to get it checked out soon.
My cardio is an 60- 90 mins at my THR of 155 and I do it 6X a week along with my normal weight lifting 6X a week.
I'm very worried about leaning out b/c I have never even been this lean befor! I come froma heavy family (except my dad) so I'm working against gems here..and thanks to my mom I do have cellulite altough it is getting a bit better! lol
I eat 6x a day about every 2.5 hours. i have about 1300-1500 cals, 80-120grams of crabs ( I cycle them ) about 150-170 grams of lean protein and i'm not to sure about the fat, but usaly not that much..How does everything sound so far?? LOL I will post pics once I hit 30 posts..the sit wont let me : (
My 1st show is for the USBF and if the hve bikini I'll do both bikini and figure as long as I can cross enter that is cool : )
and my next comp is Oct 16th for the INBF nd I'll do the same if they allow cross entering!!
