One week out after a long 20 week diet. I competed in this show 13 years ago, and I am more excited than ever to get back on stage. I hope there is a great turnout being its a super qualifier !!! Should be a great show based upon the past years turnout. Last show I competed in was the INBF Worlds and its was loaded.

Life long heavyweight. I am actually 5 lbs. lighter than I was at the Worlds right now, and my physique needed some considerable refinement after viewing the pics from the show. Hoping that I dialed it in perfectly this time around. So far feedback from friends has been positive, but I always take their comments with a grain of salt. Been the most grueling contest prep that I ever experienced !!!

Being better than your last showing is what it is all about. I always love seeing how the Hercules and Naturalmania shows turn out. You showed tremendous form in your previous WNBF days and with determination you'll be back there again soon. Best of luck Dean!

Thanks Rich !!! I have viewed quite a few of your previous threads, and I admire your dedication to natural bodybuilding and your knowledge of training. Your last show, you really brought an insanely ripped physique to the stage and look forward to seeing you compete in the near future. Will you be hitting the Worlds in November?
Thanks again for the support !!!
