Anyone can enter an amateur show. At a local/state/regional NPC show that is a NQ (National Qualifier) you can earn the right to compete in a National level show that is a Pro Qualifier. At those shows you can earn IFBB Pro status.
Pros compete for cash prizes and qualifying spots in the Olympia.
