I was bored in the kitchen and decided I wanted to mix things up for breakfast. Inspired by the double down, only with sausage bread.
Take 2 peices of patty sausage, flatten to about a 1/4 inch thick and about 5 inches in diameter. Fry until both sides are golden brown over med heat.
Fry an egg, breaking the yoke and distributing it with about a minute left.
Add a slice of your favorite deli cheese.

30.0 Fat (73%)
2.0 Net Carbs (2%)
22.4 Protein (25%)
Definitely not an every day meal, but fun to make and eat.
Edit: I usually eat a bit more for breakfast, but I could hardly finish this thing. I was STUFFED until past mid-day
