I just registered for the men's 2010 transformation contest which I hope to win.
I will be posting my pics tomorrow I will also start my log at the same time.

Hi all, my name is Tom.
I'm competing in the transformation contest for Double-T Sports. I'm 46 going on 47 next month I’m 5’10 and I now weigh 204.
I'm really looking forward to this competition. I tried the 2009 transformation but I was not strict enough with my diet or training. I’m going to try and log everyday but if I miss a day here or there I hope you all don’t mind.

I'll be using Creadyl/ No Beta/Glutacene and TestX6 throughout the 16 week cycle.
I’m currently using Glutacene and TestX6. I will be ordering Creadyl and No Beta in the next 2 weeks. I use these products in my last transformation and I really liked what I got out of them. I’m excited to get this competition started; whether or not I win it will be a great experience that I know I'll be able to benefit from.

My goal is to transform my body from what it is now.
My current weight is 204 and my body fat is 17.5 percent.
You can get all my stats from my space under redtom1212.
I will be posting all my workouts on a daily base.
My before pics will be posted as of tomorrow which means my start date is June 15 2010.
I will post progress pics every month after that until the end.

Well here we go the first day of my transformation.
I just posted all pics for the transformation.
Here is my workout for today.


barbell curl 3x8 75lbs

narrow grip 3x8 185lbs

superset lying French press 3x8 55lbs
with dumbell curls 3x8 40lbs

superset preacher curl 3x8 55
with kick backs 3x8 35

reverse wrist curl 3x20 25lbs
wrist curls 3x20 45lbs

cardio hiit 20 min treadmill


breakfast

shake
oatmeal
banana

sups

test6x before bed last night
no beta before workout
glutacene with my workout
after workout shake with my fat burner oxyelitepro

Today was my cardio day which I didn't mind because my back is killing me.
I'm going to physio next week thank god.
I did 25 min on the treadmill doing hiit felt great.

breakfast

toast with peanut butter
banana and orange
shake with oatmeal mixed in.

That was my day today pretty easy and relaxing a day of rest for me.

Hi people how is everyone today good I hope because I had a great workout today.
first off my breakfast

A shake to start with my sups of course.
Then I had 2 toast whole wheat bread with peanut butter
Next I had 2 eggs with ham
Then I had a banana and an apple.

Now my workout

Pull downs 3x8 130lbs
Bent over rows 3x8 120lbs
Seated rows 3x8 130lbs
Hyperextions 3x8

Superset upright rows 3x8 95lbs
with dumbbell shrugs 3x8 60lbs

Then cardio 25 min on the treadmill hiit

My dreaded leg day everyone just loves to do legs don't they.

Here goes.


squats 3x8 145 lbs
leg press 3x8 225 lbs
sitting leg curls 3x8 95 lbs
leg ext 3x8 105 lbs
seated calf 3x8 75 lbs
dumbbell calf 3x8 30 lbs
calf on leg press 3x8 230 lbs

finished off with hyperextions 3x10



That was my leg workout for today.
can anyone tell me how I'm going to change the name of my log to Tom's 2010 double-t sports transformation because someone called me yesterday from double-t they don't seem to know that I started a log also I'm to join a group can someone tell me which one to join.
She said she was going to email me the links but I haven't heard from her yet.
Anyway if anyone can help let me know

i DO CARDIO EVERY DAY FOR 25 MIN HIIT ON BIKE OR TREADMILL.

I love the double-t products they really do what they say they do.
It's to bad I can't get the ketocuts canada just doesn't let them in, I hear so many good thing's about it.

my meal was shake before workout 2 scoops
oatmeal with a banana and an orange
after workout shake 2 scoops with a bagel with peanut butter and yogurt.

Going down with my sister in-law and her girls first time for them 5th time for my wife and I.
Then my wife and I are going to Cuba in October for our 25 wedding anniversary if everything goes as planned.

You have to love leg workout days :) You know you hit your legs good when you can't walk straight out to your car. lol

I went light on my legs today but last week on leg day I was walking pretty funny on my way from my last set to the locker room.

I know what you mean it seems like that happens to me every leg workout.
You ever get to the point when doing legs it makes you sick to your stomach this happens to me once in awhile and man it really feels like **** but in the end it's the best leg workout.

Yes, your supplement plan sounds good. Some people prefer to take the supplements on an empty stomach, for greater effect( I do this myself), but others can't handle it. But your plan is good.

The no-beta is great the strength i get from it is amazing I feel like i on top of my game when using this product.
I to stack it with creadyl but i ran out last week so I thought I would take a 2 week break until I get back from florida on the 31 of july.

I took 5 NOBeta last night after dinner and didn't have any trouble. The pump was amazing and I did not have any stomach trouble.

Yes, about 20 minutes prior. Normally I workout in the morning, but my work schedule conflicted with that.

I have been taking Glutacene for about a month now it's great.

Well I'm back from Florida and I feel great very relaxed.
weather was great.
I had a lot of fun but it feels great to be back in the gym
I did my first workout today after 2 weeks and here it is.

workout time 7:00 am until 8:45 am

incline bench 4x8-10
flat dumbbell bench 4x8-10 last 2 sets do rest pause
incline fly 3x8-10
cable cross over’s 3x10-12
narrow grip bench 4x8-10
dips 4x8-10 last 2 sets do rest pause
pushdowns 3x10-12


20 min cardio hiit

meal 1 at 6:00 am

toast with peanut butter a banana and protein shake with 3 egg whites before workout

meal 2 at 9:15 am

oatmeal with protein and 2 egg white after workout

2 hours later chicken with salad and fruit.

that's it until tomorrow

I have a question
I hurt my arm last week and I’m going to physio starting this Thursday it looks like I might be off weights for a few weeks how do I go about dropping out of the contest this time around.
I'm hoping that it will only be for a few weeks in the mean time I will be doing abs cardio and legs to stay in shape.
any info will be a great help.

Tom, I hate to see you drop out with all the hard work and effort you have put in. Obviously if you want to drop, you just stop and don't submit your final pics. But, if you are able to keep hitting cardio and hitting other body parts outside of arms I would say keep hitting it everyday hard and allow your arm to rehab. See what you can do and go for it. You never know.

I will be talking to my therapist to see what he says because I really don't want to drop out it's just that I don't think I have much of a chance to even thinking of wining this thing now that this will set me back about a month or so.
But I tell you what if he says to keep training then that what I will do and I will try my hardest without hurting it any more than it is now.

Maybe there will be a way to work around it and still stay in. Do what is best for you :) Important thing is that you get healthy!!

I could get contest ready without straining my bicpes or triceps but I would be hurt without being able to develop my back. Working legs, shoulders and chest and being able to do cardio can do a lot for you.

Hope all works out well with the PT people this week.

well I have been in physio for a week now and it's starting to feel a little bit better I can't wait until everything is back to normal.
I have been working out my legs and doing cardio but that’s about all I can do for now and my time is almost done for the transformation.
I'm hoping to start working the chest and arms next week and then the week after the back and forearms’ but we will have to see.
That’s it for now I will post again on Monday.

well today i worked out my chest and triceps for the first time in 2 weeks and it felt good .
i felt a little pain but i'm doing what my physio is telling to do.
tmorrow i do my legs.

My arm is killing me I'm going to see the doctor today and i think he will be sending me to a surgeon
All i have been doing is cardio and legs that's about all i can do for now.
I will have to enter into the next competition maybe if I'm OK to.

That absolutely stinks about your arm, but I suggest you keep up the cardio and the diet and see where that takes you. You never know how other people are going to perform in this contest, so I'd hate to see you quit now, when just through diet and cardio you could still make big changes.
