I'm looking to bulk up. I have never taken any supplements, except protein, vitamins, and a few free samples. I'm 5'8" ~150lbs. I'm 25, in decent shape, never done a log or anything. I've been in sports all my life and worked out along the way, but just got serious into bodybuilding about 3 months ago.
Clean slate, right? I'm not sure how these sponsored logs work, but I'd love to try one out and I think it would be mutually beneficial.
