Entering light heavyweights at the NPC Seven Feathers Casino about an hour and a half south of me in four months. I got third last year in light heavyweights, I've added about seven lbs of quality this year and hopefully can win the class. Critiques, I need them.
And I know this is the WNBF forum but I ultimately want to do the inbf contests and win a pro card and don't do any phs/diols/as/ect

Looks like a good start where do you feel you are at compared to last contest, have your brought up what you felt where your week parts? What weight are you targeting for the LHW? Need still photos of key poses. Your other contest shots on body space. back ripped legs? From the video target the chest....best of luck

Aaron: you are doing fantastic!
your upper body is very well balanced out.....
your quads, however, which are superior, overshadow both your calves and your hams....
you can afford to back off quad work a bit and devote that extra effort to the rest of your legs.....
you will do well up there!!
