NOTE: This log is more for me, rather than for other people to see my progress. Therefore, many of my posts will make no sense. Input is greatly appreciated.
Because of exams, I havent been working out for three weeks or dieting well, so all stats are very fail
Stats
Height: 5 foot 7
Weight: 137 (dropped from 145 three weeks ago)
Bench: 115*10
Squat: 95*10 (160*10 with smith machine)
Max Pushups: 30-35
Max Chinup: 14
Vertical: can touch rim on 9.5 feet
Goal by September
Weight: 160
Bench: 135*10
Squat: 115*10
Max Pushup: 50
Max Chinup: 20
Vertical: be able to touch 10 feet
Im alittle confused on what sport im playing this fall. I was a varsity cross country runner last year (freshman year) and dont know whether to stay with xc or play jv football. I want to make the ultra competitive jv basketball team in winter. I may seem like a scrub if I cant make jv sophomore year, but theres about 70 guys who can ball trying out for 12 spots at my school.

Monday- Back/Bicep
Seated Row: 3*6
Upright Row: 3*6
Lat Pulldown 4*failure (3-6 reps)
Bicep Curl: 2* failure
Pullups till I cant feel my arms
Tuesday- Basketball
Wednesday- Legs
Squat- 3*failure (10-15)
Leg Extension: 3*10
Jump Squats: 3*15
Thursday- Basketball and Abs
Situps: 3*failure (30-70)
Half Leg Ups: 3*failure (30-70)
Full Leg Up: 1*10
Plank
Weighted Sit Ups till I die
Friday- Basketball and Chest
Saturday- Rest
Sunday- Basketball/ Legs
