Dymatize Z-force and women ???

Hey ladies and gents. Just wondering if anyone could say with any certainty that the ingredients in this ZMA brew would be any harm to women.

I know it's an all natural blend but I'm wondering if the effects could either

A) cause any side effects on the women she may not want, or
B) could interefere with her hormone levels thus throwing off the effectiveness of her oral birth control.

Any knowledge? I did look around here and online, but didn't find anything that really spelled it out.
