Did cardio this morning and had to spew up in the gym toilets. Thought it was just because I didnt let my breaky settle enough...1but my girlfriends cousin had some virus thing where she throws up what she eats (not bulimic lol) and my girlfriend got it too. Now i have it!!!

I have to nibble on stuff otherwise ill throw up. My girlfriends cousin and hers only lasted 1 day so im hoping mine will be to. Its making me feel **** and skinny lol.

tried to have a shake before , was fine for an hour then it came back up

Focus on getting better. Drink tons, and I mean tons, of water to help flush out your body. Take glutamine if you have it (helps with immune system) and Vit c. Do the best you can to get your food in you.

Drinking water is most important to keep cell volume high, which results in a higher rate of muscle protein synthesis
