How many calories are you eating in your final month of prep?

Right now, 500 under brings me to about 2200 calories per day
In 4 months however I will need more like 1800.

I konw everyone is different, but how many calories are you takin in per day during your final month?

500 below is around 2200 for me as well. Im not competing but have cut down to about 6% in the past and was eating around 1600 a day to hit 6% hydrostatic. Basically it was hell. Lots of glutamine :D

As for the macros I ended up sticking with 50/30/20 p c f.
