ill be running ripped freak for the next month. ive used lots of other fat burners including OEP and slimx. lets see how this one compares.
ill be following my regular diet which is pretty clean
ill try to workout 5-6 times a week including a cardio day which is usually monday.
nothing else will change, therefore i should be able to get accurate results of the supplement alone.

after being on ripped freak for a week ive lost 3 or 4 lbs. could be water, could be muscle, hopefully its fat. however i have noticed my body fat seems to be dropping. ill need to do a caliper test in the morning to confirm my results. so far so good. this seems to be a solid product. its a nice flowing energy you get nothing jittery lick you just ripped a line or anything (slimx).
appetite suppressant 8/10 - you still wanna eat but you get full faster and dont wanna eat as often.
energy 8/10
