Hello, in around one month I will with some freinds be making a calender for charity with the theme of the film 300. Spartans are ripped and although we are all in good shape; I particularly could do with cutting up abit. I am currently on a fat strimming diet and would love some specific advice regarding how to diet and exercise in the week up to the photoshoot. As it is something I have never done before I have no idea! Thanks
