I have watched hundreds of videos and read hundreds of quotes , saying ''live your dreams''
'' work hard and you will succeed'' ect.
But the thing is with me i dont really have a dream , i dont play any sports , i dont have anything that i want to succeed in... So how am i ment succeed.
How am i ment to work hard at it and believe that i can achieve it , if i dont have anything to acheive.

Consider spending some time helping others. This may give you some perspective on what is important.

It seems to me that you have at your age the challenge to graduate from High School having attained a certain degree of knowledge that will enable to you continue your education at University level. There are lots of young folk who don't know exactly what they want to do at age 17. There are many who are convinced beyond any doubt, and will nevertheless change their minds several times over the course of the ensuing years! LOL You don't need that "plan" to change the world, just the direction that you should take in the next several years. Spend some time mulling over what you enjoy doing, what you're good at, what you could see yourself doing the next 30 years of your life! LOL It is a heady matter, I do realize. But it's just as liable to change, or at least be tweeked over the next several years, or an entire lifetime!!!

Part of being successful is using your mind to motivate you. We can't instill dreams into your brain for you. Only by gaining knowledge can we "know" what is out there to accomplish.
You started an account here on this forum. What motivated you to do that? What were you thinking you wanted to do? Do you want muscles to attract the girls? Did you see bodybuilders in the magazines, and decide you wanted everyone to see you when they opened a magazine? Do you want to be strong? Do you want to be big enough to get the bullies to leave you alone? Did you witness a friend or relative get sick, and decide that you wanted to be as healthy as possible?
You need to revisit your reason for being interested in fitness / weight training. Whittle it down until you have a clear picture in your mind of what you want, and where you wish to be in 5 or 10 years. Then make a plan, and go after it.
You only get one chance to be a kid. Learn everything you can, and set your feet on the path to achieving some worthy goals.

Don't look too far into the horizon and get lost in the haze. Meditate and visualize the world around you that is here right now. How can you make the world a better place for you and those around you TODAY?
One of my mentors had a very corny saying for when I would get ahead of myself and question the future. It was......."inch by inch, life's a cinch......yard by yard life is hard".
Very corny......but very true. I have remembered and used that saying for 20 years.

+35'ers. Did a little research...
This kid is really only 14, but a nice kid and sincere (for what it's worth).

The good news is that most of the above advice applies to just about any age group.....from 14 -114.

LOL Good advice is always timely, and ageless it seems! I like the "inch by inch, life's a cinch!" I had an older brother who told me years ago; a ship that is not moving can neither turn right, or left. To change directions, you've got to be moving. You can sit motionless, and go absolutely nowhere! Do something! LOL You can always change course!

I'd say just work hard and try to excel at everything you lay your hands on. Try new things, meet new people, get out of your comfort zone and challenge yourself. You don't have to have a clear direction now but I've learned that excellence opens doors.

OP you have gotten some awesome good advice! Try new things, starting with things that you're good at or interested in. You won't know how good you are at anything, or how much you like it, unless you work hard at it and see what happens. You have lots of time to do this, change your mind, and try something new. All good. :)
in terms of being a success, it's really about who you are rather than what you do. The best definition I have ever seen (paraphrasing) was by a coach: it's the satisfaction and peace of mind that come from knowing you have given everything you have to be the best you can be. If you've trained, practiced and competed in this way, you are a winner and a success, even if you didn't win. It's about what's inside of you, giving your best and striving for excellence.
Good luck!

Op, set yourself some very short term goals, whether it be in weight training , getting the girl you want or at school, it doesnt matter. Once you achieve a short term goal and feel good about it, you'll be surprised how easy it is to set you're next goal. Before you realize it, you will have acheived a whole bunch of short term goals and will be feeling allot better about your situation and yourself. Keep moving forward young man and dont take backward steps.
