Maintain low BF
Hit 145-150lbs by Sept.1 Again w/ Low Bf- liking the way I look.
Expectations: From Muscle Marinade, i expect Energy, focus, strength, motivation, small pump.
From the Recycle, i expect an increase in Libido as well as Natural Test.
Lifting Regime:
I am going to kill it every time I go. There will be 0 wasted workout days, Im going to crush myself. I need to grow, well i don;t... But i want to get Big, with minimal bodyfat. My commitment level is 10/10. This is still subject to change, i will decide really soon. I am thinking of doing an AGS 10 style thing. Or a Volume week, then 3x7 1x25 with rest pause intensities. then back to volume and switch off. I have yet to fully decide, but one thing is for sure.... I will listen to my body. If i decide to go all out with my Diet, then i may possible incorporate HITT CArdio...which i have not done in forever, and possibly Low intensity cardio, just to keep the heart in shape and to keep mobile and to reduce excess fat gain.
Diet: This is why I am the size i am!, I will be straight up here, if i truly ate like a horse i would at least be 155lb right now and at max like 8% bf MAX. Freaking like elctronic bf machines don; even read mine... thats how low it is haha. Im trying to figure out my diet.... as of now.... I am thinking between:

6 meals a day AT LEAST, each containing
35p 45c 15f
Choose 1 protein source, DO NOT COUNT TRACES
Choose 1 carb source, DO NOT COUNT TRACES
Choose 1 fat source, DO NOT SOUNT TRACES
So 1 of 6 meals could be:
1.5 scoop of Whey (has fats n carbs.. don;t count)
3/4cup oats (don;t count protein or fats)
30 grams Peanut Butter (don;t count protein or carbs)
So really really i may be saying 35p 45c 15f
6 meals may not be a lot.. but not counting traces... it adds up.
I ALSO DO NOT COUNT GREEN VEGGIES, i do count Fruit though. I am not a fan of sugar.
So thats my diet as of now, easily!!! subject to change!!, for instance, I was thinking that post workout i would do the whole insulin spike... which IMO i am not a fan of, but word on the street insulin is more powerful than test... so i dunno, but again i ahte the idea of sugar... The way i see it, why fill up your ferrari with cheap gas, verse gas thats good for the motor nourishes, and gives your engine more energy?..... :)
NO Dressings, NO cooking in FAT, Organic WHOLE FOODSS.
This brings me to the subject of Dextrose, Malto, and Waxy Maize.... If you guys have any opinions on these please through in your opinions! More than glad to listen.

I had to stop and take a 8min break and sit by a trash can..... holy sh t i messed myself , my rests were too short and the I did very skimpy warm up, more like a jump your heartrate up...
Then Finished with Seated Calf Raise:

1 drop set to complete failure.
Then i peaced!

This workout, i did not take MM, just because i was doing a film for a contest, IMO words and weights do not describe how intense it was... but we'll see when i buddy finsihes editing it... it only last about 30 minutes long haha.
I took Recycle prior though. 45 min roughly.
So far, its hard to comment on libido, its day 1.5 so far.

This Monday start a New me.
Ive gotten my wisdom teeth taken out Friday... So i cannot really eat right.. don;t like it haha.
This Monday aka tomorrow. New split, new attitude, NEW CLASSES, NEW WORK SCHEDULE, times are changing and poss new DIET.
Any suggestions would be AWESOME!!!!!!!!!! SERIOUSLY!
i'd like to do a 4 or 5 day split, prefer to 5 day split,
EAt like a horse, organic, clean foods.
Any suggestions....
I have two ideas in Mind the Scivation Diet, which ive done, pretty solid
35p 45c 15f per meal 6meals per day.
Don;t count traces.
Or just hit macros.
Some certain protein, and carb, and 0 fat.... haha not really 0 fat, but it will be in all my carbs and proteins already and prob add up to at least 40 and no including fish oils so about 40-50grams at least!
Then i am kind of curious about postworkout nutrition, should i do a meal, to help hit 6 meals and all or just do whey... then hour then hit another meal? Any ideas?
Again Starting, Monday! Things are changing!
NOTE: have not taken MM in a couple of days, i am not going to take it on off days, do not want to build tolerance to stims!
Recycle: I would say i feel more stubborn.... its hard though i just hard sugery and am doped up on pain killers hahha, but libido is not really up, just normal, we'll see how this goes starting monday, im doing 2 AM, 2 PM.

Here is a sample a Diet my main man drew up for me: Anyone have any comments or suggestions or any separate ideas and so on. DON'T HATE ON IT PLEASE, just contrutive criticism.
DIET IDEAS:
Breakfast
Eggs
2 packets of oatmeal
Turkey Bacon (if possible)
1 scoop of whey
Milk
OJ
Mid morning snack
Sliced Banana with peanut butter in a whole grain wrap
Lunch
Chicken
Complex carb
Veggie
Good Fat (nuts, avocado, etc)
Pre workout
Apple
1 scoop of whey
Post workout.
2 scoops of whey then 20 min later
Some type of protein of your choice (beef, chicken, fish)
with Veggies and complex carb
Good Fat.
I'm gonna let you adjust the amounts of these. But I want you hitting around 3000-3500 calories a day. If you start packing on lean mass and little fat, then stick with it, if you start packing on a bunch of fat and mass, lower it by about 500 cals.

I am in for this one too thanks for posting this up so many places.
Heavy movements and eat up buddy thats the real answer these Purus products are great but they are just supplements to diet and training :)

I have never been so busy in my life omg haha, sorry for the lack of updates.
Sop far Stamina in Gym and Mtovation have gone up. Aggression has gone up/ irritablity, libido has slight increased :) no placebo its truly has slighty increased haha.

FOr some odd reason for the initial test i had, i only got results from the docotr for total serum... does anyone know the name of the exact test to see free verses whatever the other testoterone is called..

Shout out to Milo to helping my cause. I love fitness and train hard, and eat CLEAN (besides chipotle....but still rather clean). I truly hope recycle helped me test levels, i know it is no miracle pill and that i def should of dosed it higher but still .

Final Review
Muscle Marinade:
Flavor: 5/5
Energy 5/5
Pump: 3/5
Mixablity 4/5 creatine always falls to bottom
Ingredients: 3/5 some stuff i like, some i don't.
In future i would buy the grape flavor which i think tasted better.
Recycle:
4 caps a day: nothing noticablie, same progression with lifts, if anything feel leaner.
6 caps a day: feel more agressive, better mood.
Unfortunately, My blood test said otherwise.
Basically according to my bloodtests, my test levels actually went down. I am not quitw sure about this, so i am visiting an Endocrinologist later this week to discuss it and so on, and prob have another test.
Eitherway, it was a great experience, no regrets so far, happy to help milo and Purus out and let everyone know how i feel about their products.
If you have any questions of comments, either PM me or post up here, i would be more than glad to give my HONEST FIRST HAND opinion from my experience!

1. What ingredients are you not a fan of in MM?
2. What exactly were your levels pre and post Recycle?
3. Did you have Total and Free Test done?
4. Would/will you purchase products again?
