Ok, I have some MMA history. But no actual sanctioned fights or anything. So on July 3rd I am going to compete/tryout for an Amatuer spot for AOFMMA (Art of Fighting MMA) which a friend of mine (Dave "Pay Me" Yost) told me about. So starting earlier today I am training for it, and trying to lose some weight while maintaining some muscle and strength. So please give tips, follow along, and be apart of this journey to what mght be a career (:
Breakfast- a bowl of cheerio's, 2 bannanas.
.5 mile - full sprint
Snack- Granola Bar, apple
Lunch- Grilled Chiken salad
.5 mile - walk
Snack- Can of tuna with no juice
.5 mile - jog
Dinner- 8oz Steak, cup of brown rice, carrots
Military press- 4x8,8,10,12
Barbell Curl- 3x8,10,12
Upright Rows- 3x12
Lunges- 3x100, 50 each leg per set.
Box Jumps - 3x30, 15 each leg per set, each set is a new higher box.
and to finish it of, .5 mile - sprint
Got in and drank some of my MyoFusion.
Going to lay down now, will post 2marrow with the latest.

Today turned into an off day due to some personal matters, but later today I will be right back at it with some good leg work-outs and then later on after that ill be doing some rounds on the wrestling mat (: Right now im having a hard time sleeping cause I have to keep cleaning up after my lil dog (hes sick) so, I figured id come on here and check my email and such.
Heres just a look at the next 5 work days:
Today- Leg workout 4x12 with most workouts
-Some takedown training on the mat
-total of 2 miles ran
-Buy new mouth piece (:
Thursday- Pulling & Pushing (upper body)
-4 100 meter suicides ):
-Some Boxing at the local rec.
-look into a better way to flavor oats (:
Friday- Stamina Drills... ):
-10 Stadium Runs, 5 with weight
-Then head to my gf's for the weekend
Sat & Sunday- My gf lives on the beach, so I see there being some beach runs and some swimming.
Just a look at the rest of my week, now im going to go finish watching TUF. Heard another Ortiz fighter got hurt, LMAO.

Ok, just got home. Heres what today looked like:
Breakfast- 4 eggs with 1 cup of oats
Did 1 mile sprint then did some sit-ups after I took a shower just to keep my heart going.
Snack- Some strawberries, a bannana, and a snickers
Got dressed for school and decided to try something which worked pretty well, I wore sweat shorts and a sweat tank top under my clothes today. Made me look fluffy but idgaf, lol.
I was really hungry so I ate 2 apples inbetween my 2 weight-lifing classes.
Lunch- Chicken Salad with some salt
Snack- Pita bread with some cottage cheese.
Dinner was at 3 today so ill prolly have a few snacks before bed, lol.
Dinner- Boiled chicken with some rice and cheese.
4, 1 minute rounds (pushing)
Tire Throw, Push-ups, Balance poles, Med. Ball exercise
4, 1 minute rounds (pulling)
Tire pull, Pull-ups, Hanging push-ups, Sled pull
Then went 10 10 minute sparring rounds with 5 minuts between each.
Just ate a bowl of Cheerios, going for a mile jog now. Ill be at it more 2marrow. Btw, Urijah Faber... BEAST!

Just ran into a problem, kinda literally.. I was running and I stumbled kinda and a few feet away from that I start getting this really strong burning feeling in my left knee (which has had surgery).. Problem? Idk, anyone have any advice? Im kinda stuck putting ice on it for now.. Anyone have any info?

My knee is still hurting pretty bad, so for now im going to wrap it and just lay off it until about a day after it starts feeling better. I havent updated my stats on here cause I really dont feel like measuring everything. But I did weigh myself last nite at Publix and I am at 155 (: Plus im noticing more cut and deffinition, so I think im at about 8-10% bf. Could be more but its an estimate, I will know monday what im at though. My coach has this cool little thing that sends a little shock through you and it tells you your BF%. I couldnt sleep last nite so I did a sh*t load of ab work and shadow boxing. But today im going to watch my dad at his Barrel Racing thing with my gf, so today should be relaxing (: If anyone has any tips or anything I can do with a limp knee, let me know (:

Bad news... Went to the doctors today after still having pain, which spread to my entire leg.. Basically, I agitated the still healing muscles I uess from the surgery and the swole up a lil.. Some blood flow got cut-off to the rest of my leg.. Im predicted to be out for 2-6 weeks.. And if nothings changed... More Surgery... Im not even going to think about that..
So running and anything to do with legs is out.. Im in a wheel chair in school and on a crutch every where else.. Hopefully when I get back in the gym, or im cleared too... Ill be able to get and keep my pace up...
Any advice on what to do till then?
