hey im reading beyond brawn right now and i want to come up with a good routine.i would rather split it up to a 3 day split.(im addicted to the gym).i wouldnt be able to stick to a 2 day split cuz id have to be in the gym somehow.i think a m/w/f split i can tolerate though.how does this routine sound

monday

sqauts 2-3 sets to near or failure
deadlifts 2 sets to near of failure
calf raises 2 sets
abs

wednesday

stiff legged deadlifts 2-3 sets near or failure
chins-2 sets near or failure
seated rows 2 sets near or failure
barbell curls 1-2 sets near or failure

friday

incline bench press 2 sets near or failure
bench press 2 sets near or failure
dips 2 sets near or failure
military press or db press 2 sets near or failure

this is just of rough draft routine.im thinking along something of those lines though.how does it sound to yous who use Stuart McRoberts abbreviated training or hit.

That's what I thought, too. Until I tried it. Trust me, if you're training with the appropriate intensity, you won't be able to train more than the recommended twice a week. ;)
